Test only cycle week 6...
Hello all... well week 6 has been pretty good... I have had a couple of nights insomnia but that was mainly due to our boy being in bed with us and kicking the crap out of me... for some reason he thinks Dad is a great punch bag...!! lol... also pick up a slight shoulder/arm injury which has affected my training a bit... couldnt do biceps/triceps and gave the shoulders a break.. but still could do chest, back and legs no probs at all...
Weighing in at 116.1kg now... pretty pleased with that but not so pleased with the bf level going up a bit, so looking to change my diet to be alot cleaner... Lifts are also stronger adding either weight or reps or both... can see more shape there but need to lose a % or 2 or bf... have had no probs re sides and like that... 4 weeks to go...
