HEY guys,

I need some advice on the current cycle i'm working with,
Originaly i planned on a 10 week 300mg deca and 400mg sustanon. I wanted to introduce winny around week 5 and carry it through all the way untill week 12 before I start nolva and letro for pct. I am also going to do hcg after the cycle "ACCORDINGLY"
its week 3 and i'm thinking of upping the dose of deca and sustanon each by 100mg and maybe waiting till week 7 to introduce the winny.
ANY THOUGHTS ON the doses and when to introduce the winny??????
Oh by the way i am currently at 204lb and 6"2 tall and follow a good diet with atleast 250g protein a day and trying to keep it above 3500 cals.

What are you gains so far? Sustanon usually takes a few weeks to see sizeable gains. Bumping to 500mgs and 400mgs wouldn't be a bad idea though. You need to run winny atleast 4 weeks. Saying that I don't see a problem with running it 6 wks. IMO

don't run the letro and nolva togather. From what I have heard it reduces the efectiveness of the letro (maybe 40%)

Gains so far, The deca kicked in at the end of week two and gave me more energy inregrards to weight training ( more reps slightly more weight).
The sustanon I started a week and a half ago and haven't felt it very much, I mean i should see some results quick because from the 4 esters in sust 2 of them are fast acting, usually takes 5 days to notice them the rest it takes about two weeks, My levels have to get up though since i am incecting 135mg 3 times per week. As far as size i've probably gained a pound or two but i did get bloated and started looking like i gained around 5 to 7 pounds but i know thats water.
As far as the letro, I am taking .5 mg eod just to have an anti -e in there and to reduce bloating( i will up the dose if neccessary).

As far as the winny i'm thinking of running it from week 6 or 7 until right before pct starts or maybe even while i do pct, so i will have a good 6 to 8 weeks with it.
ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT RUNNING WINNY THROUGH PCT????????

As far as for what skyefire commented about the letro it is completely true but only because letro is an aromatase inhibitor preventing test from transferring to estrogen in the first place.
Nolva is an estrogen blocker as in it prevents it from binding to receptor sites, SO if there is less estrogen then the nolva will actually play a samller roleand have less effect.
