or off cycle?
When i was on a cycle i was spending, well to me was alot because i only work part time, not much. I was spending about 30 bucks a week on tuna. My protein bars, another 25 or so per box of 12, my 2 cans of shakes 43 bucks, my foods once in a while, chicken from the stores. Since I am a college student, its kind hard but BoDYbUILDING is something i like doing, and im not going to let money stop me.

I have 1/2 a deer in the freezer and I pick up 1/4 steer this week from the farmer down the road! I try and buy in bulk. It helps when you can buy directly from the farmer too!

We shop at costco and buy everything in bulk. Cost about 200$ every 2 weeks so about 400$ a month.

I set aside 300 dollars a month for food for me and the family. I can always eat enough whether trying to put on weight or lose it. I shop at Sams Club for my meat. about a months worth only costs about 100 bucks and then the other money is for the vegetables and such.

I estimate I spend twelve to fifteen bucks a day just on meat at the butcher shop, in addition to the regular groceries from the supermarket.

A lot. All I can say is last year, I took a trip to California. I spent over $50 just on food when I waited for my flight, and that was only like an hour or two.

I usually spend no more than $250 on food monthly, simply because I eat almost the same things year round.. That, and I go to the cheapest places to buy from(Trader Joe's, Costco, BJ's)..
