MAY 1ST cutter begins(thanks LA for input)
a.m cardio on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes a day 5x a week.
As for the cycle: Prop 100mg/ed Wks 1-18 Tren 100mg/ed Wks 1-18 Var 50mg/ed Wks 1-6, 13-18 Calories- 3400 Macros- Protein- 500 Carbs- 150 Fats- 90 no insulin spike until workout. That means stuff like chicken salad with olive oil, shakes with olive oil, lean steak, etc. Nothing with a significant amount of carbs in it. Starting with your workout start sipping on a gatorade. A 20oz bottle only has 35 carbs. Mix it with water and creatine if you like. That plus some ECA or Clen will fuel your workout. Post workout, suck down some whey isolate with simple carbs. Like about 75. Use some log with this. End the day with chicken or turkey breast solo! Sans all milk products. This should give you 45 carbs to work with. I suggest some fiber carbs- veggie and lettuce. Use NAC and ALA for liver support- 600ed of each. clen/eca stack starting week 7. Std. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Run till end. That should be 12 weeks. Actually run the clen an additional 2 weeks in week 19-20. T3 start in week 13 and run till end. Std taper up and down. |

Looks good bud. IMO I would just run the ECA during the workout. Works much better then clen IMO.

oh yeah...i would drop the post workout carbs to 30 and spread the rest out over morning and afternoon in the form of complex, low GI carbs.

I agree with Goliath. I'd lower the protein and up the fat. You need EFAs for hormone sythisis and cell permiability as well.

Throw 3-5g of Taurine in on days you're taking clen...should solve the cramping problem.

that cycle does look pretty money. I wish i had the $$ to do a cycle right now. Maybe consider throwing in some Proviron toward the end to harden up even more? just an afterthought.

settled on 2400 calories a day , nice and easy 400 calories 6 meals a day.
breakfast is at 7-7:30 after the gym 30-45 minutes of elliptical cardio on an empty stomach with a small gatoraide for simple carbs (25 grams) this is the only simple carbs i will take in. last meal is at 6, 50 grams of protein and a good fiber/complex carb to keep me full as i dont go to sleep until 10 or 11 week one was great down 5 pounds, no measurable strength loss, great workouts, feeling flat in the mornings, and drinking alot of water. man i forgot how much i love tren. this is my first tren cycle in over a year.

3 pounds down, most lost in the last few days of the week. starting to feel the a.s. and not crampy yet from the tren, bouncers tip may have helped there. Thinking seriously about changing my split, discussing it with iron addict and maki riddington.
