Water trick to reduce BA

Thanks to Intim for posting about this awhile back. After two murderously painful shots of NPP in my quads, I tried this sterile water trick yesterday...and am completely pain-free today. It really works!


If you're running gear that results in painful shots, and suspect BA as the culprit, give this sterile water mix trick. Apparently BA has a higher affinity for water than the oil. Draw up some water into your syringe, then the desired amount of your oil, and then a little air to put a bubble in the syringe (aids in mixing). Then, shake the syringe until water and oil are emulsified. Run it under some hot water, and then set pin aside standing up til' oil and water separate. Get it so that water is at the bottom of the syringe, and get rid of the water.

This worked really well for me. After two ridiculously painful knotts in my quads resulting from NPP injects, I came upon this method for reducing BA at another board. I shot using this method yesterday, and am totally pain-free today...not even a hint of tightness even.

I know that this works for some reason but I don't know why. BA is soluble only to 4 grams of it to 100ml of water. That means it is hydroscopic only to a piont. So you can't be taking that much ba out of the gear.

I do know for a fact though that this does work, so does mixing your gear with water or B12 and injecting it. If anyone know the exact mechinism involed I would love to know how this works

have you tried this water trick whit test 400?? I have 50ml of it so if it works that would help my a lot!!!

Simple really. You are creating a saturated BA in water solution. This solution is 4% BA so for every mL water, you are removing 40mg BA. Say your mixture is 15% BA. If you pull up 2mL mixture (contains 0.3mL or 313.5 mg BA) and then pull up 1mL water. After mixing and expelling the water, you have 273.5 mg BA left. That translates to 13% BA left in your shot. If you do that a few more times, you can get the BA down pretty low.

this isnt related to BA but have any of you tried a frozen needle, or cold needle to cut down on painful injections?

i'm currently cutting T400 with an equal volume part b12 depot... seems to work a little.

I tried cutting prop w/ b12 and it did nothing. I use sterile oil instead now and split up my shots in 1/2s

example : 1/2 cc prop 1/2 cc of oil in my shoulder/glut/quad/etc and 1/2 cc prop and 1/2 cc oil in my glut/quad/etc
