second shot...in right glute...everything went fine...
and feeling more pumps from dbol.. im thinking next one into my thigh...but there alot of veins there....kinda very cautious about it.

place your thumb on your hip bone and stretch your pinky all the way down. that should be the area where you poke. don't forget to aspirate and push it in slowly.
