there is less quality control for animal grade pharmaceuticals... even lesser outside of the USA.

Anavar or oxandrolone is not prescribed to animals.

Any oxandrolone you buy will either come from a legitimate registered pharmaceutical company or from an underground lab like Orbit, QFS, IP, etc...
