Re: can some one help
At that weight and height I would get blood work and a check up on your heart. Running clen is dangerous if you dont know what you are doing because of its selectivness to certain tissue and lesions on the heart. Clen is a nerve stimulant as well as a bronchial medicine. Clen also has thermogenic properties slightly raising body temperature wich leads to high blood pressure. Bodybuilders recommendably run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with an ECA in between. ECA (ephedrine, caffein, aspirin stack. A lot has to do with diet. I suggest visiting the diet forum here for a proper diet critique.

At 320, a check-up is definately a must before starting a strenuous workout program and clen. Go to your doc for bloodwork, check BP, ect...(this is a good practice for everyone on an annual basis, btw). If your doc says you're good to go, definately chose cardio that is low-impact, since your knees, hips, and ankes will take a pounding at such a high weight. Swimming and using an eliptical trainer are your best options. But definately have your doc evaluate you first!
