I don't think the AS itself causes this...but I have noticed this since I started AS.
I don't know if it is from the extra bloat or what...but I notice it much much less when I'm dieting or on anti-e's. For a while there I would wake up several times per night and my arm would be ice cold and I couldn't move it until I got some blood flow going. And just during the day when I would be sitting in a certain position or holding my arms a certain way...it would start tingling and falling asleep so I had to adjust a lot. I just chalked it up to getting bigger.

I have the same problem. Fact is - You can't go and cut the blood supply off of something that requires a lot of blood. Like a muscle that you just tore down. I don't have to bend my arms too much before my biceps are hitting my forarm. It's like bending a garden hose. Sooner or later, the water stops coming out all together. Cheers!

It all has to do with getting bigger. My right arm falls asleep every night. Rarely does my left one. It's all cause I bend it, and like the others said, it cuts off the circulation.
