I don't think the AS itself causes this...but I have noticed this since I started AS.

I don't know if it is from the extra bloat or what...but I notice it much much less when I'm dieting or on anti-e's.

For a while there I would wake up several times per night and my arm would be ice cold and I couldn't move it until I got some blood flow going.

And just during the day when I would be sitting in a certain position or holding my arms a certain way...it would start tingling and falling asleep so I had to adjust a lot.

I just chalked it up to getting bigger.

Rocket how big is this guy ? I have experienced a simular issue but only when I would go to bed, why ? If u got big arms you cant seem to bend them and leave them bent as long as u think without them getting numb, the fact that he is on the sauce dont help either casue he will get even more bloated.... Its the same thing as when u try to reach your oposite side of the neck or the top of your back specialy when your working out it aint hapening its to tight. It should get a little better once off but like i said once you get to a certain size, no more sleeping on the stomach or side its on the Back. hope that help a little

... and BINGO was his name-oh.

I have the same problem. Fact is - You can't go and cut the blood supply off of something that requires a lot of blood. Like a muscle that you just tore down.

I don't have to bend my arms too much before my biceps are hitting my forarm. It's like bending a garden hose. Sooner or later, the water stops coming out all together.

Cheers!

It all has to do with getting bigger. My right arm falls asleep every night. Rarely does my left one. It's all cause I bend it, and like the others said, it cuts off the circulation.
