Cycle - Critique
6 weeks: 450mg test prop, 350mg eq prop
4 weeks off 4 weeks: 450mg test prop, 350mg tren Running HCG throughout and nolva for pct. Aims should be quite obvious - lean and maintainable. Do you think it would be worthwhile adding 50mg proviron ED while on? All comments/suggestions welcome, but don't tell me to up the doses - seeing how i respond keeping it low. Cheers. |

I'm sure many people before asking this will ask for stats. age, weight, experience, diet, etc etc. before answering.
Without discussing details though, Time on = time off. I don't understand the thinking behind taking a 4 week break then going back on for 4 weeks either. |

This is going to sound like a broken record....but....eliminate the four weeks off and run it straight for 10 weeks:
Week 1-6: 450mg test prop, 350mg eq prop Week 7-10: 450mg test prop, 350mg tren Nice to see someone sticking with the lowest effective dose, btw. |

The reason for only doing 4 weeks with the tren is that I've found things start getting dodgey when pushing past 4 weeks on tren.
I have considered running 10 weeks straight through - I'll see how things are going. The main reasons for having the break are to keep motivation and focus at 100%. I tend to burn out after a few months which means my PCT and gains suffer. Going up in steps should help gains and retains for me. I haven't heard of the 2week on/off fad yet...have people been having success with it? I imagine it'd be terrible for sides such as acne, as the body is constantly trying to readjust levels... |

Ok after furthing consideration, I think you guys are right. Why shut myself down twice when I don't have to!
I'm tossing around 1-8 test prop, eq prop 5-8 tren I might just play it by ear as I go along since im using such short esters... |

Just to clarify, 5-8 = 4 weeks on tren. 5,6,7,8.
A mate did 6 weeks tren and had blood tests at about 5 weeks, and things were getting a little dicey. I'll be having tests too but haven't planned on more than 4 weeks for it as i wanna be safe. Would you guys recommend throwing in proviron as a moderate anti-e? I see a lot of people find letro a bit too strong... |

Why donīt you take one week of if you got motivation problems during a cycle.
I think it gets you motivated and you gave your body some good rest so you can kick ass for an other 4 weeks. I donīt think i would have a negative impact on the gains you make during a cycle, i even think you will do better and keep more of you gains when you finish with the cycle. |
