Gyno Question
K, Lemme break this down for you all b4 I ask my question. i work at a gym here in NJ. This kid has been coming in since he was like 17 years old, (he's 21 now) when he joined he was 240 some odd lbs, NO muscle, and stood at about 5'7". when I took his bf% i think it was somewhere arounf 36-38%!!!
Right now he's 185 lbs. at 13% bf. but he still has a left breast. It's def Gyno, Solid lump right under the nipple, right side is a nice pec, then the left has that lump. He wants to start a cycle but is curious if he should get the surgery on both sides b4 hand? Or since he already has it on one side, go ahead and cycle, then get the operation later. I myslef have just started reading about and plannng my own first cycle, so I really didnt know what to tell him on that. Any bro's got some opinions on this one???

Well, I guess we can see that he's prone to gyno, so pretty sure if he does a cycle without any anti-e, then he's gonna worsen it. If he gets the surgery and then does a cycle, his gyno may come back. I say he should hold off on the surgery till after his cycle. Either that, or do the surgery but make sure to run the proper ancillaries during cycle.

I'd run the cycle (with letrozole), and make sure the cycle doesn't contain deca, tren, or any other drug likely to cause progesterone-induced gyno. Since he's going to get surgery anyways, better to run the cycle before and possibly cause it to worsen than to run it after only to start the gyno all over again.

i'd run the cycle first then go for the surgery, i was always prone to gyno myself so i had the receptors in both sides removed
