photo shoot in 20 hours anything I can do

I just got a call that a local charity for cancer wants to get some of the guys in town for some pictures. Some kind of charity - don't know the details.

I'm about the leanest person in the gym. 193lbs 5'9" less than 10%BF 4/6 abs showing. Its a small town so it not hard to be in the top three..

What should I do to look even better in 20 hours.

I've got nolvadex and armidex on hand.

Would OTC water pills help?

How about nutrition?

I'll hit some cardio tonight 1hr and tan with some bronzer.

water pills and TAN. If you have one of those places that does spray tanning near you, then do that. A couple of alcoholic beverages should help you dehydrate further as well. Take in some nolva and arimidex, but I'm not sure the adex will have more than a tiny effect given that the shoot is only 20 hours away. Avoid taking in any sodium between now and then as well.

Ask your friends if anyone has any dyazide (hydrochlorothyazide) on hand...it's a fairly mild diuretic that works wonders for shedding a little extra water quickly. You could safely take 4 or so between now and the photo shoot, in divided doses. Good luck.

Allready got a good base tan.

I don't consume much sodium anyways. But will cut all out till the shout.

I'll get some OTC water pills tonight. Should I limit water intake?
