When giving yourself a shot in the pec, is your chest supposed to be flexed or lose? When I start my next cycle I want to add a new site to my injection rotation and am thinking about the chest. Any specifics you could offer would be great.

do not flex you peck or any muscle for that matter when injecting
as for your peck it is a good site I can not use it any more because it makes my nipple swell up and looks like I have gyno so I have stopped using that site good luck

don't flex but it is a good spot to use. I like doing small shots in it to give my other spots a rest.
