New Winter Bulker Review
Hey everyone, it's time for my 5th cycle, we'll be putting on the weight with this one. Current stats are 185 lbs and 5'9" about 9% bf. Diet and training will be posted in the journal area, just wanted to get some feedback if i needed to change anything with the supplements.
History: Cycle 1 week 1-4 dbol 30mg ED week 1-12 sus 500mg week 1-12 EQ 400mg week 1-12 liquidex .25mg ED Cycle 2 week 1-12 prop 75mg ED week 1-8 tren 50mg ED week 9-12 winny 50mg ED week 1,2,5,6,9,10 clen week 1-12 liquidex .25mg ED Cycle 3 week 1-12 EQ 467mg (200mg E3D) week 1-13 test E 583mg (250mg E3D) week 1-13 t3 25 mcgs ED week 1-4 dbol 40mg ED week 5-12 tren 75mg ED week 14-15 prop 75mg ED week 1-15 liquidex .5mg ED Cycle 4 week 1-12 prop 75mg ED week 1-8 tren 75mg ED week 9-12 winny 55 mg ED week 4-10 t3 ramp up and down, max 100 mcgs ED week 1,2,5,6,9,10 clen What I'm planning on running this winter... Week 1-12 EQ 583mg (250mg E3D) Week 1-13 Test E 700mg (300mg E3D) Week 1-14 T3 25mcgs ED Week 1-6 Dbol 50mg ED Week 7-14 Tren 80mg ED Week 14-15 Prop 100mg ED Week 15-18 IGF 40mcgs 6 Days a week Week 1-15 Aromasin 12.5mg ED Week 16-18 PCT Supplements: Protein R-ALA Milk Thistle Glucasmine/MSM/Chondroiton CLA Multivitamin Flax Seed Oil What do you think? I want to investigate the effects of IGF on my own body, and I thought using it during PCT would be a good indication if I respond well to it. I know T3 is good to run with GH, but I don't recall reading that it had a synergy effect with IGF. Any ideas on that one? Thanks Everyone |

Can't really comment on the cycle because I haven't used some of the compounds that you're using. But, I can say that 12.5 mg ED of Aromasin is probably not enough. I'm in the 4th week of this cycle:
1-3 prop 150 mgs eod 1-6 dbol 40 mgs ed 1-17 cyp 800 mg/week 1-16 eq 600mg/week 1-16 nand deca 200mg/week Had to bump the Aroma from 12.5 mg ED to 25 mg ED because I was on bloat. Dropped 2 lbs of water in 2 days. |

No signs of gyno at 12.5 mg ED, but, then again, I didn't give it much time to set in.

I don't like the mcg for 14 weeks even if it is 25mcg. If you want to run it that long (which I don't suggest) I'd run it at 12.5mcg
Great post format though, what will your diet look like though? I can't comment on aromasin or IGF-1 but the rest looks solid. With a 15 weeker you may want to throw HCG in there sometime to keep the boys around.

why the prop at 14 and 15?
i would extend the eq drop the dbol by 2 weeks - 6 weeks at that dose is going to be real harsh on your liver and kidneys 14 weeks of t3 why?? if running gh with it i would understand Week 1-14 EQ 583mg (250mg E3D) Week 1- 10 Test E 700mg (300mg E3D) Week 1-4 Dbol 50mg ED Week 10-16 Tren 80mg ED Week 10-16 Prop 100mg ED Week 16-19 IGF 40mcgs 6 Days a week Week 1-15 Aromasin 12.5mg ED Week 16-18 PCT how about something like this |

Bump what everyone else said. Do the t3 either 3 days on 1 day off, 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, or 6 weeks on 6 weeks off. This will help keep your thyroid from shutting completely down. The aromasin, I had good results on 12.5 ed along with 20mg of nolvadex, on 1g of test weekly among other things, everyone is different, so I would suggest starting at 12.5 and work up if need be (its expensive! LOL!). Start HCG at week 5 at 500iu twice weekly (Sun/Wed or Mon/Thurs) and run it to the week prior to your PCT, and make sure your taking at least 20mg of Nolvadex with it so it won't desensitize your HPTA and also, so it doesn't cause gyno (usually only causes at high doses, but just in case).
