Here are my stats

27 y/o male
5'10" 170 lbs
7% BF
I have been training for about 5 years. I dont have consistant diet, I just eat when Im hungry, and take protein shakes in the morning, at lunch, and before bed. I would like to gain 20-30lbs more of solid muscle.

My question is this.... I am about to cycle on QV Enanthate 250, and I was wondering if I should take 1/2cc every three to four days, or 1cc a week. I read that the later is correct, but I figured that someone on this thread that had cycled on it before could tell me better.

steroids are not a mircle drugs,(execpt first cycles) you cant just eat when your hungry. if you want 20-30 more lbs you have to eat like a person 20-30 more lbs than you. that being said to anwser your question just take the 1ml one time per week. IMO i would get my diet in check then go with 400-500mgs test per week for 10-12 weeks with shots 2 times a week!

eating is the key to gaining weight.. if ur just eating when ur hungrey now ur porlly gonna puke when u start eating what u should be.....eating like 6 to 8 real meals a day plus shakes.... u look like u have nice stats though, just get ur diet on track for a while and then consider aas.. and rocket is right.. 400 to 500 mgs a weeks, 2 shots a week, like mon and thurs...

Yeah bro I use to be your size and I will tell you right now it is very hard to intake all those calories but when you get it down it gets easier and easier. I should have taken AAS at a later time but I started early big mistake! No I didnt hurt my body but if I would have known how to eat I wouldnt have needed AAS. I started at age 20! I was 150lbs. 2 years later I am 200lbs and will most likely be 220lbs by March. I will say this, go ahead and try the gear. But do the test only nothing else. Make sure your diet is in check. Because juice is something that should not be wasted. I think you should run 500mgs of test a week for about 10-14wks. With a good diet meaning about 3500+ calories and protien at about 200+ a day you should gain about 20-25lbs. Good luck bro and if you need any help we will guide you.
