Why (a.) did you not have your anti e one hand BEFORE you started and (b.) did you wait til they started hurting? This is not a flame here as it people do this all the time. This is one of those times that an ounce of prevntion is worth a pound of cure
and yes it is legal and lion nutrition has rave reviews on everthing they sell.
