i have some 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine pills. i was wondering what is the best way to take these pills?

Well ephedrine is the origin of my user name

Ephedrine is like any other drug, if used correctly, its safe & effective, if abused, your life is in your own hands. Avoid it if you have pr-existing heart or cardiovascular complications or if theres a history of it in your family.

Ive used it for years with no complications, of course, I am only one person.

me too.. ive used it many times with success.. if used correctly and not abused...

Bro, ephedrine works well for working out but it makes your erections less stiff! that's the only side really.

Take them with a low-dose coated asprin (81mg)...acts as a synergist for the thermogenic effect. I suggest taking the first dose immediately upon waking, and then take the second dose 6-8 hours later.
