clen advice?
hey i been looking into clen to help get some fat off my body and i know 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is supposed to be good,i'v also read that 2 days on 2 days off is good,thing is if i start with 20 then move up to 40mcg on day 2 on day 5 do i go back to 20,stay at 40 or move to 60(i'm asking if anyone has done it this way befor)
i'm 5'8 194 would like to get down to 180 as for diet i eat cereal(shredded weat) for breakfest a protien shake with oats for a second meal grilled chicked with weat wrap for lunch(normaly dinner,but for dinner half the wrap) and a post work out shake |

Clen isnt for you. Get your diet in order first, then worry about clen much later. Whats your cardio look like?

i get in 20 min after weights,some days i do 20-30 min a couple of hours befor i lift then again after i lift
