I'd like to say Arnold but that would be to easy, so I'll say Lee Priest. I ladmire the way he bulks up so much and then leans out to the extreme. If I'm not mistaken his off season wieght is 285 and contest weight is 220 or 225.

Arnold. He had some of the best genetics seen in the sport. I believe if either he or Sergio were 30 years old and using the chemical regimen used by Ronnie or Jay they would still be untouchable.

That is a myth that has been propogated by the media. . .at his height if he ever reached that weight he would not be able to move. .he is probably 255 max ever. . .and his comp weight is nowhere near 220.. . .he is big but if he ever got on a scale you would see the truth.

Gotta go with Big Ron. He may not be as cut as Arnold but no one can match his size.

Scrumhalf will become famous soon enough
Arnold is certainly awesome, but if there was one bodybuilder who has the perfect form that I aspire to, it is Frank Zane.

Superb proportions, tiny waist... he had the total package - certainly my favorite.
