WHich direction to go in?
So here is where Im at:
I was ON for the past 3 months, started out at 225-230--then went lean and into cutting for my trip to southbeach and was no more than 220 for a good 6-8 weeks. Since I came back i cannot stop eating and Im no longer ON, but my weight rocketed up to 230--do u think if I keep up my excessive eating/bulking that i will be able to keep on the mass that I put on from my cycle, and wait till Im ON again to eat clean and keep my muscle and be lean, or shuld i go back into my dieting/cardio and risk losing good muscle? |

If you want to hold on to what you gained from your cycle, you have to up the eating.
