Talking How much Eq to gain same mass as from Deca?

I'm still thinkin if i'll run eq oe deca in my september bulker i've never done eq before had great sucess with deca this will be my 3rd cycle 600mg of cyp for 14 weeks 35mg of d-bol/day for 1st 6 weeks and either deca or eq i hear that eq is great for low water retention and keepable gains wich sounds great
i was gonna run 450mg/week of deca for 12 weeks but if i wanted to get the same size gains form the eq as from the deca how much eq would i have to run and how long????

I'd guess that the actual real muscle gains you'd get from EQ and Deca mg for mg are very similar...the extra mass (in my experience anyways) you get from Deca is mostly water that subsides post-cycle. A slightly higher dose of EQ than you'd use for Deca should give you what you're looking for...say 600mg/week.

To be honest with you it would all depend on your diet bro. I am doing a bulker starting next year and I was going to run deca like I always do with all my cycles, but I want to try something new and Eq is what I will be running. I have never ran deca more then 400mgs a week and I will be running the eq at 600mgs a week.
I will say you cant go wrong with either one unless your goal is to not have as much bloat or water retention. If thats the case go with eq. But if you dont care then either or will do fine. But do run it for at least 14-16wks. Reason being, is that eq doesnt really start to run its magic till about week 10 or so. Good luck and I hope this helps you some.

EQ is much weaker then deca. while not every one responds well to deca I would still have to say deca hands down. Thats not to say that its always preferable but if your looking for larger gains then go with the deca. leaner gains the EQ.

I would agree with that. I ran 400 mg ew of a shorter acting version of EQ for 9 weeks while cutting and actually lost 3/4 of a pound of LBM (lost 8 lbs of fat though). This was eating a cutting diet of course. I gained a little strength initially but didn't keep it.

Another cycle, I ran 300 mg ew of a shorter acting version of deca (along with a little proviron for Mr. Happy) for 12 weeks with a cutting diet. I gained 12 lbs LBM while dropping 1.5% BF. I also gained quite a bit more strength and kept virtually all of it. I did eventually lose a little of the weight but kept about 7 lbs. Remember, I wasn't bulking; just trying to get more cut.

im partial to eq i never really havd bad luck with deca but i liek how the eq helps harden up compared to the deca but thats me

uve said u sued deca if its either one and u have no problems obtainign whatever then id say give the eq a try what do u have to lose? besides b/f lol

200 to 250mgs of extra eq should be sufficient, and you can run that the same time you were going to run the deca...hope that answered your question ..
