most bloating is caused from your diet, non natural sources of food (protein shakes bars etc...), these non natural sources of food cause the most bloat, add that to some sodium rich foods and your body acts like a camel
liquidex works best for bloat superior research carries some I like 1mg eod

any support for these claims num1son, I have not noticed any more/less bloat if I take non-natural sources of food. But yes, diet is the key to bloat, keep your sodium intake to a minimum(no excess salt added to foods) and you will see your bloat reduce.

I was just going off personal experiences, no literature, I find this to be the most important for of info since we all act so differently to diff foods supplements etc
but lots of other guys on the board will agree with non natural food sources causing bloat, look at it this way when preparing for contest everyone avoids un natural sources of nutrients shakes etc, you stick with the chicken green beans etc instead of the protein shakes

That is true but its because the natural, whole food sources are almost always superior sources of protein and carbs, not because of the bloat.
