heard that clen for 18 consec days is ineffictive ne truth?

You build a tolerance to clen and it becomes less effective. It's usually ran 2wks on 2wks off.

I think ill drop in another question on the subject here since the thread is up anyways.
Im a bit corius about clen ive read that you should work youre way up on the stuff slow to see how you react to it, how would you guys who has some experience with it suggest someone should go about when trying clen for the first time? I thought it might be something to combine to a pct since it has some anti-catabolic effects. I have not planned on putting it to use yet but it never hurts to know more about it. :nerdnew:

start with 20mcgs, then move up 20mcgs a day until you get where you like or at 120mcgs. I don't think there is any real reason to go over 120mcgs.

Oki i thought about staying on 60-80mcgs/day first time out (got that from reading bouncers profile on clen) to see how i feel on it if theres a good effect.
Well ill just have to find out if i put in a cycle, thanks for the info shibby
