This is the standard PCT I recommend to people (the HCG phase is optional...only use if you have testicular atrophy):
Day 1: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 2: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 3: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 4: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 5: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 6: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 7: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 8: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 9: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 10: 500iu HCG, 20mg Nolvadex Day 11: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 12: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 13: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 14: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 15: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 16: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 17: 20mg Nolvadex, 100mg Clomid Day 18: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 19: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 20: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 21: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 22: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 23: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 24: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 25: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 26: 20mg Nolvadex, 50mg Clomid Day 27: 20mg Nolvadex, 25mg Clomid Day 28: 20mg Nolvadex, 25mg Clomid Day 29: 20mg Nolvadex, 25mg Clomid Day 30: 20mg Nolvadex, 25mg Clomid If you find you are extremely sensitive to clomid and can't tolerate the sides, you can drop the 100mg days down to 50mg...increase Nolva to 40mg in that case.
