|
hair drug test
I have been researching for a few hours with no outcome of my similar senario. The job is for a new hire for the city and is for the position of
correction officer. My last shot was right before november. I need to do a hair test within the next 48 hours and need to know if tren, sus, prop,winny, clen, and ephedra will show positive? Does the city test for such substance? do any of the hair products work?

Check your state laws for drug testing...But from what I can tell you, P-Officers, LEO and most govt agencies do not test for steroids, and going for a Probation Officer, more than likely it will be the usual testing.....I would not worry...Don't worry unless you've been doing rec drugs or smoking mary jane.

I used to do drug testing for the hospital. I know that SAP stands for substance abuse panel, the 6 stands for the 6 drugs being screened, which includes a cut off for THC at 50ng, or something like that.
As for the rest, I have no idea. I was guessing nitrates, but I dunno what that would have to do with drug testing.

Just to add. I dont think they are doing the hair testing to test for anything out of the usual rec drugs, just to catch someone who stopped just before the testing thinking it would be out of their system faster. Not sure if that's what you were thinking or not, just thought I would add that.

I have a "friend" who works for the govt.
They are not going to test you for AAS, they don't even test the cops unless there is suspicion. Honestly, I have never even heard of a hair test for AAS, I am sure it exists, but they would never use that if they were really looking for juice. Your fine bro, don't sweat it!

I would be very supprised if they were testing AS. The only people that I know that test for AS is some types of sporting events. I feel pretty sure you will be fine. I don't know where you are from but I know if they tested for that around here, I would know a lot of people without jobs!

Are you sure they're going to give you a hiar test? I've yet to hear about any police officers getting tested by the hair test. They usually do the usual urine test. Now if you were getting on with the FBI or DEA or higher than thats different. But a Corrections Officer or PO will be urine test.

The reason that they test hair is because urine is actually partially precipitated through the hair as well as the usual means of elimination. It acts like a timeline for substance use, kind of like how arctic/antarctic ice core samples can tell about earth's weather patterns over thousands of years. I'm not certain but I think that the longer the hair, the more information can be stored and analyzed with regard to substance abuse, since there is a longer record available. If you've ever seen an elderly lady with "blue hair" it is because her hair dye has had a chemical reaction with the latent urine content in her hair.

But don't they give you a health screening? Bloods liver function, they are insuring you too. I work w/chem so im worried about what shows up on what test. cause they give yearly screenings to to bloods, urine hearing respitory function V02 (for respirators) Anybody got any info on that
