mixing question for SR's igf-1
I know this question has been asked time and time again, but I have been searching past post and all I have done is confuse myself. let me know if this is right.
Use about 2-3ml of the water and dilute the igf-1 in the small bottle Then transfer the diluted mixture in the small bottle via pin to the larger bottle once you have done this add the remaining sodium chloride to the larger bottle and discard the smaller one. What are the yeilds and how do I measure it on a slin pin. I really appreciate yall's help!!
