spot shooting
what does spot shooting actually do? what is the difference if you spot shoot or just rotate sites in a couple areas every time? (ie. glutes and tris instead of glutes, bi's, tri's, calf, trap, delts, etc.) when you do spot inj. and lets say you only do 1cc ... do you split it up to 1/2 cc in each muscle? just curious i guess ....

spot shooting does nothing except provide another site to shoot so that you're not shooting in the same spot over and over again (which builds up scar tissue).
