quick question
Time between cycles question. I know its "Time on = Time off" but do you count PCT in with the "Time On"?

to me it comes down to availability. as long as its there im on.

You should count PCT and wait for your blood levels to return to normal if at all possible before "counting down" to your next cycle - in other words - 12 weeks on and probably 18-20 weeks off IMO...

yea, i have always counted it as time on.

so its been a couple years since my last cycle, does anyone wait that long between cycles or is that not normal? im planning my next cycle for the fall now
