the point is, we do not discuss things in private here that are illegal or could be seen as such. this forum is about the education and discussion of steroids.

if i have misunderstood your post I apologize. maybe it will help if you give some kind of clue as to what you are asking. you cant expect people to pm you when they have no idea what you want.

You need a good workout regiment and a proper diet.....start posting that up and than we will proceed from there
