2 weeks into pct and getting gyno

about to hit the two week mark on my pct, i am on nolva at 40mg and noticing gyno on the left nipple. not too visible to the eye at all, but there is a lump under. i have letro on hand and was trying to figure out if i should ...
1. finish pct as planned
2. keep the nolva dose high until it goes away
3. quit nolva start letro at .5 and go up .5 everyday until gone (but do i start back on nolva after?)
4. run both..????

2.) Have you been using 40mg of nolv the whole time?

my pct was gonna be 4 weeks
1- 2 at 40mg
3-4 at 20mg
i have been at 40 the whole time so far, at about the start of pct i noticed tenderness, the tenderness is almost gone, but the tissue is still there. thats why i have stayed at 40 so far but i dont want to be at 40 too much longer

EDIT: noticed tissue and tenderness at begining of second week

i mean what does your steroid cycle look like. if it has deca or tren in it nolv may not be enough.

no deca, nothing crazy, first time getting puffy nipples... 3rd cycle

you might want to up the dose of nolv a bit. go up to 50mg a day. see how that works.

how long do you think i should play with this at 50mg? should i put the letro back in the medicine cabinet and save it?

i would give it 2 weeks at 50mg. if you dont notice much change i would then add the letro.

add it on top of?? if not should i jump back on nolva after or something else... my hormone levels are gonna be jumping..... damnit.... lets get ready for the roller coaster...

no not on top of the letro. just use nolv at 50mg for 2 weeks. if no change after 2 weeks add in the letro and slowly come off the nolv.
