NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police call them big guns: Vein-popping arms allegedly bulked up on illegal steroids.
It's led to a criminal investigation in Middle Tennessee with some officers fired, others relieved of duty. And that may be only the beginning. In an exclusive report, NewsChannel 5 gives an insider's look at Nashville's hidden steroid culture. A confidential source told reporter Nick Beres that police officers are using steroids.
