I'm in week 7 of my 4th cycle. It's Test-E 350 + EQ 200
I gained 16lbs till week 4, but my weight hasn't changed since then. Why do you think I should be on my cycle 10 weeks and not just 4, although my weight hasn't changed in 3 recent weeks? Of course I haven't changed my diet and training. I know both of these drugs are long esters and need long time, but result has'nt improved with time!!! please give me your opinion... stats: 6'0 - 200lbs - 15%bf - training for 3 years |

weight gain isn't the sole factor. if bodyfat is dropping and muscle is gaining, the scale wont change.
i also find it hard to believe that you gained 16lbs in the first 4 weeks considering those drugs dont really kick in until week 3 and even longer with EQ. something sounds a little off here. |

something is missing in this post? did you kick it off with a oral of any kind? you will also have to adjust your diet as you go. |

No man. that was all of the stuffs, no orals.
You said my body fat will drop, but I'm not doing cardio and my diet is about 3500cal. So why do you think my bf will drop? |

but that isn't the point. the point is why should one continue a cycle when weight gain stops? On a mass cycle like mine calorie intake is high so burning fat is impossible, so my bf will remain constant. .: IF MY BF IS CONSTANT AND MY TOTAL WEIGHT IS CONSTANT, THEN NO MUSCLE IS DEVELOPED! :. what do you all think about this? |

up your calories, as your body weight increases, it stands to reason your caloric intake needs to increase to gain weight. good luck

its not about believing you. its a simple science. you didn't gain those 16lbs from the test and EQ in the first 4 weeks. they don't start working until week 3-5. that weight you gained was from increased calories etc..
to answer the question you keep asking. if you aren't gaining weight anymore and you have your diet and training down, simply stop. lol. its that simple. you dont sound to happy with this cycle so why bother with it anymore.. |

Bottom line if you know your BMR and your sure you get thoes 3500cals a day (guessing dosnt count) and your body fat hasnt changed. Id stop right now and save the rest of the gear for next time.

if you gained 16lbs in that time, chances are there's alot of water weight there. Like B saya its not about weight its about quality muscle gain. If you gain 4 lbs of lean body weight (i.e. muscle not fat or water) by the end of 10 weeks then thats a good gain.
when you come off that would mean 12lbs dropping back off you, you will probably lose some weight when you come off.

The answer is in adjusting the cals I think. And are you taking in between 350 and 400 grams of protein EVERY day? You need to be, or you're shooting yourself in the foot gains-wise.
