When would u call it quits

When will be your last cycle. For me I was thinking about this one 4th one but If I dont reach my goal of 230 solid with around 10%bf, I will do another one until I reach my goal.

You know, I've struggled with that very same question many times. I still don't know the answer. I don't have like a goal weight in mind so much as a picture of how my ideal physique should be. Does that make sense?

You say this may be your last cycle, but what are you going to say a year from now, when you've lost 20lbs.

if you work properly, eat right, you wont lose the weight. unless you are past your genetic limit, which im sure few of us are.

I feel that my body will never be how i wanted. When i was 160, i wanted to be 180. When io was 180, i wanted to be 210. When i was 210, i wanted to be 230. Now im 230, and i want to be 250. Its a never ending cycle

This is exactly what happens to me...... and most people I'm sure.... You set a goal, but every time you approach it or hit it, you set a new higher goal for yourself.....

I think when i get married i'll slow down. And i'll probably just quit whenever i have kids. But thats still about 4 years or so till i get married. And then longer till i have kids. So looks like i'll still be juicing for around 8 or so years. And in 8 years i can put on plenty of mass.

There is no reason or excuse for this to happen. Your dedication decides weather you keep it or not.

Im 5`10, 235lbs with 4 abs and 20" arms. When I am at 225lbs with 6 abs with 21 inch arms, I will be done with it all.

Then I will be a very healthy natural bber for the rest of my life gaining little by little. I dont need to be a ripped 300lb mr olympia.

After that I will probably do a cycle every few years, who knows.

I quit once only to start cycling again 6 years later......I said my last cycle would be the last when I got married. Now I'm planning my next. I don't know how many more I will do but I don't see the desire to get bigger going away.

Never, really. I'll slow down and change my methods of training, ect...but I'm sure that when i'm into my forties and fifties, I'll at least go with a HRT type dose of test.

I only plan to do two runs, that's it.. I got crazy will power, if I feel I don' tneed it, I won't use it.. I just want 220 solid, I'm not competing any more, so being bigger doesn't matter much anymore..

I'm married, have three kids, and the sperm count is fine. We are even talking about having a fourth kid. I think I'll go off when I die. Besides, the wife likes the fact that I chase her around like a horny 18 year old (even though she is always complaining about me being on).

Well, I have to say that you will lose weight. ..does not matter if you train the same, eat the best etc. .if you gained the weight on the gear, you will lose part of it at least. . .You probably won't go down to your original weight before you juiced but you will be lighter than when you are on (unless you get fat; heaven forbid!!!)
I am for sure past my genetic limit . ..when we did all the measure ments of bone diameter, height and all that in Uni I am supposed to be 165-170 lb naturally. . .I am 230 with abs. . .so I am sure that I will go down some even if I continue to train hard. . .
ALL I can say is that I remember this one conversation I had during my first cycle and it totally goes in line with when ALWAYS GROWING said "Now im 230, and i want to be 250. Its a never ending cycle"
I was in the back of the gym with my training partner and very good friend who is middleweight mr canada (5'6, 20" guns. .. hard) and I really looked up to him and he was and is a very smart guy. .especially when it comes to knowing how us bbuilders think. ..
I said "I just want to get to 180 lb man. ..and I won't do any more gear. ."
He said "BWAAAAHAHAAA. ..when you hit 180 we will be talking again and I guarantee it will not be about how you are going natural. . ."
needless to say. .I have not been "clean" since . . .and I don't plan on it for a while yet. . .
If you don't feel comfortable doing the gear you shuold make the decision to just give it up. . it is hard and you won't look like when you are on the gas but guys have done it. . .
I for one have wrestled with that question in the past and decided long ago that I will always be doing some gear even if it means just a 200mg shot every 10 days to stay hard and lean. . .
keep safe

What most do not realize is that this is the way it has to be done to maintain your physique after many cycles and growing older. I do not know if there is any scientific proof but I have the real life proof of the blood work of myself and a few of my other friends that there is definatley a permanant drop in alot of juicers test level over the long haul. MOST do not realize this becasue they have no baseline blood work to compare to.
