Nutritional Adjustments for competition?
Im lookin to learn more and more about contest prep, so im lookin for sum help here. Some things that go uncovered in contest prep articles. . .
Say you diet for 12 weeks. Sometimes when you hit like 6 weeks you hit a sticking point with fat loss, and you need more to be really ripped and lean. What nutritional adjustments can be made to regain and jump start your progress and fat loss again? I know there are a lot of methods, and i was hoping for some of you to list some so i can learn and understand this better. Bouncer for one, i know ur a national competitor, so im hoping for something from u. |

well, I can help you out. First, real help will cost you something anyway. Bouncer can tell you that at that level, nothing is free.
so I would suggest finding someone you admire and e-mail them for help. Anabolicbeast is a nice place to start searching. also, the answer to your question is this= Change your calories to fit your food intake and cardio regime. other words, stay at 15 calories per bodyweight. hope this gives you some insight-good luck and train smart

Yes, the site anabolicbeast.com. I know big Dave P is in your hood, give him a yell or e-mail. He only charges like a hundred dollars for contest prep. It is worth it!

Also try my home board, Professionalmuscle.com - large number of competitors there (as a % of total members). But I agree, paying for the secrets of prep is totally normal for most advanced amatuer competitors (and definitely for anyone nearing pro level).
