I shot ed 1ml to 2ml rightside of my body then left like-delt,tri.bi,quad,glute,calves then switch sides

from what i hear its a painful shot. im using zambons, could i inject with a insulin pin for less pain ?especially when injectin in thighs

when I shot zams a slin pin got cloggedsome say its fine but it didnt work for me,I used 25g,and I dont think its a painful shot ,no different then anyother,most is shot technique like holdin the pin still ........ tri,or bi are no more painful then quads IMO,all are sore the 1st time u shot them but u get used to it.

Soda did you find injecting it to be more effective than drinking.......I had zambons once but just drank it...........my friend says he did both and found the injections to be not to painful as you said and he said he got better results with the injections.

from what I heard u loss 30% when drinkin now I could be wrong but thats what I heard.I have drank it and liked it but I like to shot it better I feel it enhances the site I shoot.

I tried the winny tabs and didnt feel like I got that much off those either I think I'll try the injections this time

LOL, Actually PO stanz(latin by mouth) is better then IM'ing (injecting).

Bacteria loves to grow in water rapidly (perfect enviroment).
