that should be plenty, but you can go more if it aint enough. it does take at least an hour to kick in.

take some tylenol when you take it because most people i talked to as well as myself it gives a head ache.

i got no sides at 50mgs. i would recommend starting at 25, if that does nothing then next time use 50.
btw... it seems to hit me the next day
