diet while on var?
drug: var at 40mg/d
goal: muscle gain, strength gain, bf loss question: what diet would you guys recommend? P/C/F --> 40/40/20 or 50/30/20 or what? ALSO, would you guys eat above, below or at maintainance calories? thx in advance for responses Last edited by Skywalker : 11-01-03 at 11:28 PM. |

ld use this P/C/F --> 50/30/20......keep a close eye to the calories and see how your body responds to it......then you will know if you should drop some here and there....also cardio......var itself won't burn the fat but it will halp you maintain your muscle while your dieting and doing cardio.....
what is you BF% right now? and your stats?

you'll have to pick bf loss of muscle gain, one or the other as you cant do both at the same time

p/c/f - 50/30/20... 2600 cals, that is what i would do
daily intake pro: 325 grms carbs: 195 grms fat: 58 grms it is hard to lose BF% and gain muscle, anavar wont do it. good luck |
