where to take HCG?

Not saying it wont work, just more painful IMO and you have to worry about asperating. Although, im use to the sub Q shots as im diabetic.

i do them sub Q in the belly area. but you can do subQ anywhere. i have done them IM as well in the tri or delt with no discomfort

I do it IM and have no problems with pain, inject slower.

I've seen the argument both ways and the doctors seem to agree IM is best.

IM= inter muscular

I use 29g 3/8th

sub-q shots have a better absorption rate i believe. I use either slin pins(29g) or regulars with a 30g .5" pin and shoot in the stomach

Poor blood flow in fatty areas, but who knows, I hear +/- comments from both sides. I'm fine with IM, it does work for me.

SubQ is subcutaneous fat store injection, IM is intra-muscular. If you inject in the ab area grab some fat and go to town, slin pins are fine.

Sub q have a much higher absorbtion rate than IM, but both will suffice. Many people are terrified of injecting sub q.
