Underdosed Gear and your source
Here's an odd question that I'm not really sure on what's "proper".
The scenario... Joe Schmoe orders 30 amps of ICN's from a source. The source sends him 25 amps of lot 0020 and 5 from another lot. Reports have come out that lot 0020 is only dosed at ~180mg/ml as apposed to the labled 250mg/ml. Is Joe Schmoe shit out of luck, or does he have the right to ask his source if he'll make up for the underdosed amps? I guess it comes down to that this source is a VERY good one. Very honest, and great service. But does Joe Schmoe even hold the right to ask the source that?

Show the source a lab report showing that it tested at 180 mg/ml and maybe he will resend.

did joe schmoe know about these reports before he placed his order. if so then he should have requested a different lot number than the low dose lot number. if not then I would ask the source if he can work with you. but honestly that isn't a huge deal to me, but I usually always order a bit extra in case of underdoses stuff.

if you have used him b4, i am sure that he wants you to keep using him in the future and not lose you. i would ask for a different lot.

I dont know about this one. If its a bigger source, I wouldnt think he would have the time to send again. I mean, its not his job to check the batch #'s. He just sends the gear. Sometimes good companys have a bad batch, not his fault.

Well, I have to say that if you are dealing with UG stuff then you have to take your lumps in this scenario. . .
IF your source is dealing with legit human grade gear then you won't have to worry about this at all. I tend to agree with bouncey on this one. . .a source is in many cases just the guy that sends the stuff on to the final recipient and is not obligated in any way to know if batch so and so is full or under dosed. . .as I said, if you are getting UG stuff then that is something you have to deal with. keep safe CG
