Ketotifen is sometimes used w/ Clen.
It is supposed to allow you to use Clen for longer periods than the two weeks on two weeks off cycle that a lot of people recommend.

I knew that was very high (1mg). I saw it on e-bay and they advertised it as clen. I didnt think it was.
