2nd cycle

I'm 6ft 250lbs and 34yrs old. My first cycle was 600mg/wk QV prop, 300mg/wk deca and 35mg/day of dbol wks 2-8 on a 10wk cycle. I kept 10lbs from that first cycle. I'm looking to lean out some. I was thinking of upping to 800mg/wk test, 400mg/wk deca and maybe 50mg/ed of winny for weeks 2-8 on a 12wk cycle. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

why not prop/fina/winny cycle?
its all in the diet but that cycle will do consider your diet is good!

Lemme rephrase this, since it it is your second cycle. Keep it simple, and dont start adding a billion different things.

Diet and training are first
second uping doses isnt gonna lean you out, your LBM will increase yes, loss of bodyfat, no


You could just do an ML of Prop and EQ, ED
700mgs a week for 10 weeks
weeks 2-10 winny at 50mgs ed, or eod

just a rough idea

I agree 100% about the diet. My favorite cutting stack is Fina/Winny with maybe a little EQ or Prop thrown in. ECA and clen in rotation as well.

Hey Bro...Like INTIMID8OR3 said swap out the Deca for EQ at the very least. EQ is much better when cutting. Deca helps more with bulking and joint pain. Hope this helps. TY
