What do you guys drink in the gym?

Im wondering what you guys drink in the gym. i see tons of different color liquids being drunk. Im gonna head over to GNC before i go to Golds, rite now i just finished my dbol. and im on anadrol 75. What do yo guys recomend to drink? I drink alot of water and im wondering if there is anything out there that is better for me. Thanks guys

gearjunky: im gonna get some test in the next week or so. I know im going to loose majority of the muscle and weight that i gain.
water is so plain tasting though. lol. I drink alot of water to begin with so i want something that has a taste. thanks guys

Well i guess that next time you will start your cycle with all of your sh$t right? for flavour sugar drink you can use anything you want bro! i usualy dring water and after the session i will have my regular whey/dextrose shake, but it gets old so sometimes i get some xxcell creatine mix fruit punch and toss a scoop of vanila protein powder mmmm now thats good stuff

gear: ya this cycle is kinda messed up. my gf caught wind of it and stopped it. so its winter break, and i was on dbol and now anadrol. and im gettin more stuff within the break. my next cycle will be done rite. but what my gf doesnt know wont hurt her. thanks bro

I sip on Surge and creatine, been doing it for 3 years now. Black Star Labs has Anabolic Post Training Formula, waayyyyy cheaper than Surge. Thank god I don't have to by Biotest anymore!

You should try Aquafina Essentials, it is a watered down version of gatorade, tastes good without all the simple carbs...

I think this way makes alot of sense. You figure you would want to drink something other than water and along with water before(carb energy) and after working out(protein/carb shake for fast recovery), but during the work out IMO is a important time that you'll need to consume nothing but "water" to keep the system flushed .
