if you had both id say the BD would be better
not that i have tried them both i have only tried the ip had great results but from the reading s on the boards about ip i guess his gear is`nt reliable but it is cheap so go with BD if you can

I think the BD product is not so good, much better for muscle definition is OUR(Polish)metanabol from Jelfa-factory
