advice for upper body
Hey guys, just a question for ya, Im trying to find some good exersizes for the shoulders and upper chest...I only have free weights to work with....for now..any input would be awsome guys thanks

incline dumbell and barbell bench press works both the chest and shoulders well.
dips... lean forward. |

seated shoulder presses for shoulders, works entire area no need for specialization exercises right now. Bump lxorl for the incline db or bb for chest and front deltiods as well.
