SMALL SHOULDERS

Guys im 6'1 155 pounds so you can probably geuss how big my sholders are, Im just woundering if im doomed with small shoulders or if i can actually gain width or not??

There's plenty of people with small shoulders. However, the fact that they have really good traps, or arms, or back takes all the attention away from it. I could do dumbell side laterals with 100lbs but it's not going to make my shoulders any wider. I just keep everything around them big and thick

At 155 it doesn't matter what movements you do. If you want size the put size on through bulking and lifting. You can't expect to have cannonball delts at 155.

heavy dumbbell presses 3-4 sets
shoulder width upright rows 3-4 sets
dumbbell side laterals 3-4 sets

try this 1-2 week for 8 weeks and let me know how it worked for you.
