New dude
Just wanted to introduce my self to the forums. I found out about you guys from peeps at work. Im 19 about 5'6 210lb. Im just geting back into training. At one time i was in faily good shape, did the normal thing when in high school though quit trainin, drank a bit to much, had way to much fun =). I put on about 60lb in a bit under 2 years.
Anyway this forum kicks ass. Lots of great info. Its all been a huge help. Ty all and i'll be around.
