Fat on chest, getting rid of?
I seem to accumulate fat on my chest and belly more than other places. Like I will have barely any on my arms legs and back, but my chest and belly will show some. Is there any way of reducing that, or do I just have to reduce overall fat?

That's just where your body holds it primarily. It will take a overall fat reduction.

trying adding yohimbine to your supplements ive read that it helps reduce areas of fat accumulation that are traditionally found with women or very lean male athletes.(chest, love handles, lower back, etc..)look it up on the forum i believe it may of use to you
