Last night my head was hurting so bad I got sick to my stomach. is it because I have cut out large amounts of caffiene and sugar? Thanks, knuckels |

If you went cold turkey on the caffeine, that could be the case. A lot of people report getting headaches when they quit taking caffeine.
If you can get past the headaches for a day or two, you should be fine. However, if they persist, you may want to reintroduce the caffeine and then taper off of it. I don't believe the sugar is an issue. |
