Diet & Headaches

My diet in a nutshell is:
4 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal
a.m. snack EAS No Carb shake w/ few strawberries
lunch: 6.oz. chicken,fish or tuna w/ 1 cup veggies
p.m. snack Nectar lemonade drink w/ handful of almonds
Dinner: Chicken,fish, w/ veggies
NO! junk,sodas.
Last night my head was hurting so bad I got sick to my stomach.
is it because I have cut out large amounts of caffiene and sugar?
Thanks,
knuckels

If you went cold turkey on the caffeine, that could be the case. A lot of people report getting headaches when they quit taking caffeine.

If you can get past the headaches for a day or two, you should be fine. However, if they persist, you may want to reintroduce the caffeine and then taper off of it. I don't believe the sugar is an issue.
