you know the answer to that question. do eat chicken, fish, lean beef, oats, yams, brown rice, veggies etc.. dont eat junk. processed food, sweets, fatty foods etc.. not very hard bro.

Dig through the nutrition forum - there's list upon list (the same list) of what to eat. Then browse the recipe forum - there are some good ideas once you get tired of eating chicken and rice.

basics: cut back on sugars and bad carbs( soda, chips, cookies, ice cream etc..) add protein like lean meats or whey protein shakes.
Protein should be 1-2 grams per pound of bodyweight.

Eating to get cut means he wants to get lean. Getting cut is different to everyone. I believe you should always be able to show abs even if you're balking. Not all 6 abs visible but at least one!!

well sort off. when someone says they want to get cut or ripped it means they want to lose fat and get lean so that you can see the definition of the muscles, abs etc..
